Agape Leadership team

Agape Hilliard is led by an elected and confirmed Elder Team which provides primary leadership for Agape.  The Elder Team is directly accountable to God and the congregation for equipping everyone in the church to serve and minister to each other.  There are no full-time staff positions.  Leadership tasks are shared among various individuals throughout the congregation.

Shawn & Nadia Eicher

Shawn is an ordained pastor. Shawn and Nadia serve on the leadership team and provide oversight for the team. Shawn regularly delivers the teachings on Sunday mornings.

In the past, Shawn and Nadia served at Rosedale International as Training Center Directors with the REACH and City Challenge Programs. They attended Agape in 2002 and later were part of the Agape Marysville church planting team in Marysville, Ohio, and also served as high school youth leaders. Their family moved to Flint, Michigan, in 2012, where Shawn was a pastor for nearly a decade.

More recently, they were called back to the Columbus, Ohio, area, where they have been serving at Agape since 2021. Shawn and Nadia have been married for 21 years and have four children and one daughter-in-law.

Tom & Missy Jacobs

Tom and Missy have called Agape home their entire 32 years of marriage. Jesus is the center of their marriage and they grow more in love with Him and each other every passing year. On any given Sunday, Tom can be found playing too loudly on the drums, while Missy is in Kid’s Klub teaching Agape’s young ones about Jesus; also sometimes loud :). Tom and Missy have four super fun adult kids, two of which have married equally fun spouses. They have one perfect grandchild and look forward to being Grams and Gramps to many more in the years to come. Tom and Missy enjoy traveling, camping, playing games, cooking big family dinners, hiking, and anything outdoors. Missy enjoyed biking and pickleball, while Tom practices for the PGA tour all summer long!
